With support from subsidy of transfer of goods from road to sea, Viasea are expanding their current route to also include Kristiansand.
"In compliance with our vision and our goal to offer the best solution of sea freight, a real alternative to road transport of goods from the Continent and the Baltics, we are grateful to be awarded a grant from the Norwegian Coastal Administration. This gives us the opportunity to expand our services further", says Morten Pettersen, Managing Director in Viasea Shipping.
“The grant from the Norwegian Coastal Administration helps us to offer weekly sailings to Kristiansand, expanding our field of coverage to cover even larger parts of Norway. This enables us to offer a competitive and predictable offer to the market, as well as reduce heavy transport on E18”, Pettersen continues.
